Jeremiah Green's Will

This is a transcription of Jeremiah Greens will. I am not uploading the scanned copy because it would not be easy to read. Contact me if you would like a copy emailed to you as a PDF attachment.
My grandfather Frank Foster had this in his possession. When he passed my Dad got it. When I started researching family history my Dad remembered he had this information.
Copy of my Great Grand Father's Will
State of Georgia In the name of God--Amen
Gordon County, I Jeremiah Green of said State and County, being of sound and disposing mind, and memory. Knowing that I must shortly part this life, deem if right and proper both as respects my family, and myself that I should make a disposition of the property with which a kind providence has blessed me. I do therefore make this me last will and testament, hereby revoking and annulling all others by me heretofore made.
First, I devise and direct that my body be buried in a decent and Christian like manner, suitable to my circumstances and condition in life. My soul I trust shall return to rest with God who gave it, as I hope for Salvation through the merits and atonement of the Blessed Lord and Saviour Jesus Christ.
Secondly-I give and direct that all my just debts be paid without delay by my Executors here-in-after and appointed.
Thirdly-I hereby give and bequeath and devise to my beloved Grand Son, Jeremiah McEntyre, be paid one hundred and fifty dollars in cash by my executors.
Fourthly-I hereby constitute and appoint my Son, Lou Allen Green, Executor of my last will and testament.
